I have now read the book and sent book reviews to both ‘Across the Flight Deck’ and the ‘SAM Newsletter’. It is a good read that I would recommend to any naval airman: MacNutt was both a pilot and a mechanic/engineer, so his experiences cover both aspects of aviation.
